Pork steak Allgäuer Art

For two people:

  • 2 swede steaks of 250 grams
  • A large tomato
  • 150 grams grated gaouda
  • Salt and pepper

Fry the pork steaks first in the pan to 4 out of 6. Salt well beforehand and pepper. Certainly fry for 7 – 8 minutes, turning again and again. Then put the not yet finished gardened steaks in a roller dish. Remove the tomatoes from the strunk and spread the tomato slices fairly over the two steaks. Give the grated Gouda over it.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Add the cessing shape. After 10 more minutes, the cheese should melt and the pork steaks should be cooked. This is matched by early potatoes.
