I cooked a really simple recipe for you today. It's fillet in butter and I've eaten it several times with my favorite Italian Da Toni. It's really simple: you take a third of a commercial pork fillet and fry it in the pan in neatly melted butter. It is important that the pan is not too hot. I use level 3 of 6 on my stove. Fry well from all sides. A slice of grey bread fits this.
